Our hotel is situated in the holiday region „Fuschlsee“ – only a few kilometres from the gates of the festival city of Salzburg and the Salzkammergut – beautiful lakes region. The quiet, dreamy lake „Fuschlsee“ is surrounded by mountains and hidden valleys, sunny mountain pastures and deeply snowed Winter woods.

The Fuschlsee with its’ glass-clear water and dreamy bays is ideal for swimming or a variety of water-sports. It is so romantic to cross the lake in a silent electric wooden boat. From the promenade in
Fuschl am See the trip takes you past beautiful bays
to the castle „Schloss Fuschl“. You can dock in at the
castle fisheries and take a hearty snack of smoked fish,
a delight for your palate. 


Winter, completely without hectic!
The holiday region Fuschlsee offers its’ guests a complete Winter programme: cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, sleigh rides, ice-skating, snow-tubing and hikes with plastic discs for sliding down the snowy slopes. 


Family holiday and adventures!
Animals, water, sport and fun – children feel well looked-after in the Fuschlsee region.At the Bambichlhof, for example, one can watch butter and cheese being made. Afterwards the cheese snack in the fruit garden in front of the farm tastes twice as good. Children can, for example, register for pony riding, gold washing or the ghost party and so enjoy a variety of holiday activities.

There are many rewarding excursions to the cultural sights of the region. An absolute highlight is the city of Salzburg, as also the Zwφlferhorn in St. Gilgen, the Salzkammergut – the lake region, the Fuschlsee with a silent electric boat, and Berchtesgaden.
