The fascination of mountain biking unites us all. It stays in our minds until the last snow has disappeared from the trails and doesn't leave us until the cold season arrives again.

No doubt: there are less strenuous ways of spending a few days in the open air in the province of Salzburg, but there is hardly anything more satisfying than using one's own muscle strength to bike through the mountain world of the Salzkammergutes and to absorb the countryside, enjoy wonderful views of the Wolfgangsee , Mondsee or the city of Salzburg (Stadt Salzburg).

As a reward for a strenuous ride up there are lots of mountain huts waiting with a nourishing snack and local culinary delicacies to regain one's strenght ready for the downhill run.

Here around Salzburg and in the Salzkammergut we offer numerous possibilities of suitable tours, whether for hobby bikers, marathon or free riders.

To jump into a crystal clear lake in the Salzkammergut during or after an eventful mountain bike tour is also a unique experience.

Tools and an assembly stand are readily available to help you with a bike service or small repairs. Should there be a larger defect a local bike shop in Ebenau, specialises in repairs and sale of mountain bikes.

Our locked garage is, of course, available for your bikes during your holiday.

We shall be pleased to organise a day excursion in bike parks or shuttle transport to the Gaisberg for you - please ask.

Mountain bikes suitable for open country, good tyres, a suspended shaft is an advantage, proof brakes and tyres, Helmet, gloves, glasses and bike gear
